Users will receive an automatic weekly summary email detailing the incomplete tasks that they currently have within their SiteConnect account
Weekly Task Reminder Notifications
If a user has one or more outstanding tasks assigned to them in SiteConnect, they will automatically receive a weekly email notification on a Monday morning listing all pending tasks.
What the Notification Includes:
Each email will provide a summary of:

The Task name
-
The Priority level
-
The Due Date
-
The associated Project/Site (if applicable)
Completing Tasks in the SiteConnect App
Users can log into the SiteConnect mobile app and complete their tasks directly from the Home screen by tapping on each task.
In addition to tasks, the Tasks dropdown on the Home screen also includes:

Outstanding TA/JSA/SWMS
-
Incomplete Forms
-
Incomplete Account Inductions
- Unassigned Toolbox Talk(s)
How to Complete a Task

Tap on the task to view its full details.

Use the Notes and Files tabs at the top to:

Add comments or updates

Upload relevant documents or photos

Once the task is complete, tap the Complete button at the top of the screen.
