Learn how to log in to the SiteConnect Visitor Kiosk and sign other users in and out of site

Signing into the App
Once you have downloaded the SiteConnect Visitor Kiosk App open the App on your device. Enter your username and password and click on SIGN IN
If you have forgotten your Password click on 'tap to reset your password' and you will be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Selecting a project/site
You can select the project/site you want to sign into. In the left-hand column you will see the projects/sites that are available to you. You can either scroll down to find the project/site or search for the project/site in the search field. In the right-hand column you will see the basic details for the selected project/site and you can click on View Project Induction which shows the hazards/risks associated with that project/site.
Once you have selected the project/site you want to sign into, click on Use selected Project.
This will take you through to the sign in and out page that will allow users to sign in and out of the project/site. The name of the company the project/site belongs to and the address of the project/site you have selected will display.
If you click on Sign Out this takes you to a sign out page where you can sign users out of the project/site.
Signing users into site
You can now sign users into site. They can select to either register or sign in as a visitor or if previously registered than can simply sign in.
You can click on Go Back to take you back to the Sign In & Out screen or Exit to take you back to the Project Site Selector screen, which is password protected so users can't sign out of the sign in and out screen.
Once you click on either the Register or Visitor tab (doesn't apply to the Sign In tab) you can select who you are visiting by clicking on the icon for that person (if a profile picture has been added the person's picture will display). If you don't want to select a person to visit you can click on next which will take you through to the sign in page.
A Push notification will be sent to the person you have selected to visit as long as they have their notifications enabled within the App. Click here for instructions on how to enable notifications
Registering and Visitor Sign In
If registering or signing in as a visitor, you will be required to complete the below form. All items are compulsory to fill in except the reason for project/site visit, which is optional.
If you are a visitor there will be no 'company name' field to fill in and if you have signed in previously an auto-selector will locate your email address, which you can click on to populate your sign-in details.
Sign In
If signing in you will only need to enter your email address/username and password.
If you have signed in previously an auto-selector will locate your email address, which you can click on to populate your sign-in details.
View & Acknowledge Project/Site Induction
Regardless of whether you are registering or signing in you will need to acknowledge the hazards on site. To do this click on the View & Acknowledge Project/Site Induction.
The hazards/risks will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom and click in the box to confirm I read and accepted the project/site induction provided above. Then click on Acknowledge and Close.
A message will then come up You acknowledged the project/site induction. Click on Sign In
Sign out code
A message will then display back in the log screen with your sign out code, which will also be sent by text message to you. Click on OK
Signing out of site
To sign out of site go to the Sign In & Sign Out screen and click on Sign Out
You then have the option to either sign out using the code that was texted to you or if you cannot locate the code you can search for your record to sign out.
If signing out with the code click on ENTER CODE, enter the number and click on Sign Out.
To sign out using the SEARCH FIELD click on Search
You can then enter your email address, which will appear in the Autocomplete results if you are signed into the project/site.
Click on your email address and it will bring up your details. Click on Sign Out to complete the sign out process. Once completed you will be taken back to the Sign in and out screen.
