While you are logged in, you can open the app's side menu by **tapping on the cog menu item** in the top left corner. This will open the menu where you can tap to **update your profile**. ![](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_5625-PNG.png?width=300&height=649&name=IMG_5625-PNG.png) In the "Update Profile" view, scroll all the way to the bottom until you see the **delete profile** button. You can tap on the delete profile button and confirm the dialog prompt. Doing this will send a request to our support team to remove your user profile from the system. ![](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_5627-PNG.png?width=300&height=1104&name=IMG_5627-PNG.png) For any SiteConnect issues or questions, please contact us at **siteconnectsupport@sitesoft.com** or call us on **0800 748 763** -
