[Sites](https://docs.sitesoft.com/sites?hsLang=en) # Emergency Evacuation Plans ## Here you will learn how to set an Emergency Evacuation Plan for any of your Sites with this new and improved feature ### Setting up a Plan   To set up an Emergency Evacuation plan for a Site, go to your Sites menu on the left hand side.   ![Sites menu](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Sites%20menu.png?width=218&name=Sites%20menu.png) Then click Edit on the Site that you wish to add the plan for.   ![Sites menu](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Sites%20menu.webp?width=688&height=62&name=Sites%20menu.webp) Once in the Details screen, scroll all the way down and click Emergency Evacuation Plan on the right hand side.   ![Clicking Emergency](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Clicking%20Emergency.gif?width=688&name=Clicking%20Emergency.gif) You will then see the following screen:   ![Emergeny page](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Emergeny%20page.png?width=688&name=Emergeny%20page.png) Here you will be able to fill in all the below fields in relation to your Emergency Evacuation Plan including Emergency Numbers, First Aid Kit Locations, Assembly Locations and additional contact numbers. ![](https://cdn.docs.setconnect.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/04095305/SA-black-boxes.png) ### Safety Managers   For older versions of the App select your Safety Manager from the **Safety Manager button** at the bottom of the screen.   ![](https://cdn.docs.setconnect.io/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/04095305/SA-black-boxes.png)   For more recent versions of the App you can select multiple Safety Managers from the tabs at the top of the screen.   ![image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-31-47-8291-AM](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-31-47-8291-AM.png?width=688&height=343&name=image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-31-47-8291-AM.png) Here you will see a list of Safety Managers appointed for this Emergency Evacuation Plan (this list will be empty if you have not assigned anybody yet).   ![Safe list](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Safe%20list.png?width=688&name=Safe%20list.png)   To assign a new Safety Manager click onthe **Change Safety Manager** tab.   ![image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-34-13-3084-AM](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-34-13-3084-AM.png?width=688&height=149&name=image-png-Nov-03-2022-05-34-13-3084-AM.png) You will then be shown a dialog box whereby you can select a user or users from your network that you want to be the Safety Manager(s). Tick the box next to their name(s) and then click on **Select**.   ![Select Users](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Select%20Users.png?width=688&name=Select%20Users.png) The users you have selected will then appear in your list as Safety Managers and will show on the App in the Emergency Evacuation Plan. You can save this file to your computer and/or download it.   ![SC PDF of PLan](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SC%20PDF%20of%20PLan.png?width=547&name=SC%20PDF%20of%20PLan.png) ### Emergency Evacuation Plan's on the mobile app   The Emergency Evacuation Plan is available for all Users through the Noticeboard menu on the Mobile App by clicking on the View Emergency Evacuation Plan button.   ![View Plan](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hs-fs/hubfs/View%20Plan.png?width=348&name=View%20Plan.png)   From the app, they will be able to view al details filled in on the Emergency Evacuation Plan as well as all of the Site Managers and First Aiders. They can also download this as the export PDF file mentioned above by clicking **Download**.
