How to reset a user's password as an Account Administrator

Guidelines for Account Administrators on how to reset a user's password.

To reset someone's password in the SiteConnect Web Portal, go to the Profile Button up in the top right corner and select log out.

This will take you to the sign in page.  Click on Forgot Password, which will take you through to dialog box where you can enter the person's email address, which will send an email to them.

You can also reset your password through the Mobile App by clicking on Forgot Password in the log in screen.
