Removing Connected Devices

This guide explains how to remove a device that is connected to your SiteConnect account. Removing a device will disconnect it from the app and prevent it from sending or receiving data.

Steps to Remove a Connected Device

  1. Open the SiteConnect App
    Launch the SiteConnect mobile app on your device and click on the Cog Wheel in the left-hand corner of the screen.

     


     

  2. Navigate to Connected Devices
    Tap the Connected Devices tab from the main navigation menu

     


  3. Select the Device
    From the list of connected devices, tap on the arrow to the right of the device you want to remove.


  4. Remove Device
    Click on Remove Device.


  5. Confirm Removal
    A confirmation message will appear. Tap Yes to complete the removal.



What Happens After Removing a Device

  • The device will be disconnected from your SiteConnect account

  • The device will no longer appear in the device list

  • Any live data from that device will stop updating in the app
