How to Set Up Daily Hazard/Risk Acknowledgement Reminders
SiteConnect can send a reminder to users if they forget to complete their daily hazard/risk check—and notify managers too. Here's how to set it up via the Web Portal.
Steps:

Click the Cog Wheel (⚙️) in the black bar on the right-hand side.
 - 
Choose Configuration.
 - 
Under the Account Configuration tab, scroll to the Notifications section.
 - 
Tick the box that says, “Enable 5 Minute Risk Acknowledgement reminders.”
Note: This sends a push notification and email to the user 5 minutes after sign-in if they haven’t acknowledged the risks.
 - 
To notify managers, tick the Manager Alerts box below (this option only appears after enabling user reminders).
 

Who gets the reminders?
- 
The user gets a push and email reminder.
 - 
The Site Manager (or Account Admin if no manager is set) gets notified if the user doesn’t complete the check.
