Simply select **"I am not representing a company"**, and the **Company Name** field will be greyed out, allowing you to continue with the sign-in process.     ![](https://docs.sitesoft.com/hubfs/image-png-Jun-25-2026-02-49-25-8553-AM.png)     When registering as a new user, if applicable, please ensure you begin typing your company name and then select the correct company from the autocomplete list.
