How to View and Manage Forms Assigned to Employees in the Web Portal

You can view and track form assignments and completion status for any employee.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Employees tab.

  2. Click Edit next to the employee.

  3. Click the Assigned Forms tab on the right.

  4. View the list of assigned forms and their statuses.

  5. Click View Submitted Answers to review their responses (if available).
