How to View a User’s Public Profile

Steps:

1. Go to the Employees tab.

2. Click the employee’s name (now a blue hyperlink).

3. The profile will show:

   • Name

   • Job Title

   • Main Employer

4. To view training documents, click the Training/Competencies tab.

   Note: Only documents marked as Public or Group will be visible here.
