Learn how to sign into the mobile app.
In this article you will learn how to log into the SiteConnect mobile app.
Once you downloaded the SiteConnect app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and open it, you will be presented with the SiteConnect login page.
Enter your username and password and tap the login button. In most cases your username will be your email address. For accounts with shared email addresses, your username will be something else.
Please refer to your administrator for your login credentials if required.
Check your inbox or spam folder for your password. If you do not have a password or forgot it, you can simply do a password reset using your username. Tap on the forgot password button to reset your password.
When you are logged in, you will be taken to the dashboard of the mobile app where you can access the sites you have access to.
