Templates are ideal for: - Frequently discussed topics (e.g. PPE, working at heights, site hazards) - Recurring safety meetings - Standardising how talks are structured across your sites or teams Once created, a template can be edited, cloned, exported, or deleted at any time. ### What is a Snippet? A **Snippet** is a short, reusable block of content that you can add to any Toolbox Talk Template. Snippets are perfect for: - Common safety reminders - Repeating policies or procedures across talks - Quickly building new talks using existing content Think of snippets like **building blocks**—select the ones you need and arrange them however you like when creating a new Toolbox Talk. **Why Use Templates and Snippets?** Using templates and snippets helps you: - **Save time** by avoiding repetitive writing - **Maintain consistency** across all Toolbox Talks - **Improve accuracy** by reusing approved content - **Quickly build** site-specific talks without starting from scratch ### **Steps to Create a Toolbox Talk Template** 1. Log in to the **SiteConnect Web Portal**. 2. Click on **Templates** in the left-hand menu. 3. Select **Toolbox Talk Templates**. 4. Click the orange **New** button. 5. Select **Create New Template**. 6. Draft your new Toolbox Talk content. 7. Log in to the **SiteConnect Web Portal**. 2. Click on **Templates** in the left-hand menu. 3. Select **Toolbox Talk Templates**. 4. Click the orange **New** button. 5. Select **Create New Snippet**. 6. Draft your new snippet content. 7. Log in to the SiteConnect **Web Portal**. 2. Click on **Templates** in the left-hand menu. 3. Select **Toolbox Talk Templates**. 4. Click the orange **New** button. 5. Select Build from **Snippets**. 6. Tick the checkboxes next to the snippets you want to use. 7. Click **Select & Close** to add them to your Toolbox talk. 8. To rearrange snippets, cut and paste them to where you want them to be positioned. 9.
