How to Add Training/Competency Documents to an Employee via the Web Portal

Keep employee qualifications and training records up to date by uploading documents to their profile.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Employees tab.

  2. Click Edit next to the relevant employee.

  3. Click the Training/Competencies tab.

  4. Click Add Document and upload the required file(s).

  5. Select the Document Visibility
    Note: If you select "Private", only the owner of the file will be able to access it.
  6. Click on Save

What Happens Next?

  • The system will send reminder emails:

    • 28 and 7 days before expiry

    • On the expiry date

    • 7 and 28 days after expiry if not updated

  • Only Public or Group documents are visible under a user’s profile.
