How to Add Training/Competency Documents to an Employee via the Web Portal
Keep employee qualifications and training records up to date by uploading documents to their profile.
Steps:

Go to the Employees tab.

Click Edit next to the relevant employee.

Click the Training/Competencies tab.
-
Click Add Document and upload the required file(s).
- Select the Document Visibility
Note: If you select "Private", only the owner of the file will be able to access it. - Click on Save
What Happens Next?

The system will send reminder emails:
-
28 and 7 days before expiry
-
On the expiry date
-
7 and 28 days after expiry if not updated
-
-
Only Public or Group documents are visible under a user’s profile.
