Account Inductions

An Account Induction is a company-wide course that you create once using modules and questions. It is sent to your entire connected network, including contractor employees, and each person’s progress is tracked individually.

Use Account Inductions for high-level onboarding, such as introducing SiteConnect and explaining how your organisation expects people to use it.

Site Inductions

A Site Induction contains information specific to a particular site. Create it within Forms and select Site Induction as the form type.

You can configure a Site Induction to be assigned automatically the first time a worker signs in to the site.

Site Noticeboard

A Site Noticeboard is a single page of site-specific information shown every time someone signs in, regardless of the sign-in method used. The worker must read and acknowledge the noticeboard, including the site-specific risks and controls.

You can check who has and has not acknowledged these risks in the Time Spent Onsite Report in the Web Portal.

Making everyone redo an Induction

An Account Induction has no expiry and no automatic renewal. The only way to make everyone redo it is the Reset induction statuses toggle, which resets the account induction for everyone at once and can't be limited to individual people. A Site Induction can be cloned and reassigned to a group of contractor users or a new site.
